Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry of Connecticut was founded by Dr. Aaron M. Gross, our lead dentist, in 2001. Dr. Nicole B. Becker and Dr. Dominic Gambino later joined him in practice to provide the high-quality dental care that's kept Hamden, CT, and the entire New Haven area smiling wide for over two decades.

The CEREC® system allows us to design and fabricate fully customized dental crowns in just one appointment. CEREC takes a block of dental porcelain and shapes it into a crown that has the ideal shape and shade for your smile. If you need a new crown, you can cut weeks off your treatment time by working with us.
We practice laser dentistry using BIOLASE® Waterlase technology. This gentle laser makes procedures like tooth decay treatment and gum disease therapy virtually pain-free by precisely targeting problem spots and using a cooling stream of water to soothe treatment areas. Waterlase reduces bleeding and swelling, as well as pain after the procedure. With Waterlase, we can perform dental work that's safer, more effective, and more comfortable.
You don't have to worry about painful anesthetic injections when you visit our dentists. We use the Wand®, a modern system for anesthetic delivery. This tool uses a tiny needle to administer medication, allowing us to comfortably work on single teeth at a time rather than numbing large portions of your mouth.
